Right back at the very beginning, I started making pictures of my son. He was my why. Along the way, weddings crept in and took over without me even really noticing. I got so busy with photographing that one day, that that monumental beauty of everyday childhood took a little slide to the side. Maybe it is because in what seems like a heartbeat, the little people I love most are busily accumulating years, I suddenly feel the nostalgic pull back to photographs of life, days, months, years, just as they are.
